Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With two medium-base sockets (E26), you can use up to 60W incandescent equivalent bulbs per socket. Using two 60W equivalent LED bulbs, you can achieve around 1600 lumens total, suitable for ambient and task lighting in a bathroom. Bulbs are not included.
