Best for
- Bedrooms 8x10 ft or larger, providing ambient light from the ceiling

- Closets, laundry rooms, and other utility spaces needing bright, even light
- Damp locations such as covered porches or bathrooms with ventilation
Not ideal for
- Large living rooms or open-concept areas that need a primary light source - this is an accent or secondary light
- Sloped ceilings - this fixture is not adaptable for sloped installations
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but it accepts a single 100W incandescent bulb (not included), which typically produces around 1600 lumens - comparable to a standard household bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in small to medium rooms.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is not specified, but with a standard incandescent bulb you'll get a warm, inviting glow. The matte white glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a cozy atmosphere. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood.
