A 6-inch mini pendant with a matte black metal frame and a light smoke glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Athens Deco Swirl mini pendant features a hand-blown glass shade with a subtle swirl pattern, adding texture and depth. The matte black finish and globe shape give it a modern, industrial look that complements a variety of decor styles. Its compact size makes it perfect for grouping over islands or in clusters.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and counters, hung in multiples for focused task lighting
- Dining rooms and breakfast nooks, providing ambient light over tables
- Entryways and hallways, as a stylish accent light
- Bathrooms and damp indoor spaces, thanks to its damp-rated construction
- Living rooms and open-plan areas, adding a touch of modern elegance
Not ideal for
- Outdoor or wet locations - this fixture is rated for damp locations only
- Large rooms needing high brightness - this mini pendant is best for accent or task lighting
- Those preferring a fully opaque shade - the glass is translucent and will show the bulb
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but it accepts a single 100W incandescent bulb (not included). With a standard 100W bulb, you can expect roughly 1600 lumens - similar to a traditional 100W bulb, suitable for ambient and task lighting in small to medium spaces.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is not specified, but with a compatible LED or incandescent bulb you can choose a warm white (2700K-3000K) for a cozy, inviting glow, or a cooler daylight (5000K) for a more energizing feel. The smoke glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a warm, ambient atmosphere. The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust brightness to suit your mood.
Sizing and fit
This mini pendant measures 5.88 inches in diameter and 8 inches in height, with an overall height range of 11.88 to 128.88 inches thanks to the 120-inch trimmable cord. It works well over kitchen islands, dining tables, and in entryways with standard or sloped ceilings. The canopy is 4.88 inches in diameter.
