A 12-inch mini pendant from the Astor collection, finished in polished nickel with a seedy glass globe shade - ideal for kitchen islands, dining nooks, and entryways.
The Astor stands out with its intricate stem, available in detailed metal or rope designs, offering a refined balance between rustic charm and modern elegance. Its globe shade effortlessly adds texture and depth to any room. Hand-blown glass and a polished nickel finish give it a versatile look that suits industrial, modern, and transitional interiors.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row for task and ambient light
- Dining rooms and eat-in kitchens, providing focused illumination over tables
- Entryways and foyers, adding a warm welcome with a decorative glow
- Hallways and stairwells, used as a series of pendants for visual rhythm
- Covered patios and porches, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - while damp-rated, it's not wet-rated for open water contact
- Large open living rooms needing primary overhead light - it's a mini pendant with a single bulb
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 46-inch drop
How bright is it?
Lumen output not specified by manufacturer, but it accepts a 100W incandescent bulb (or equivalent LED) - bright enough for task lighting over a counter or table, not a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you choose. The seedy glass diffuses light softly, creating a warm, textured glow that flatters wood and neutral palettes. Dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
