A 12-inch mini pendant from the Astor collection, finished in matte black with a matte white glass globe shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Astor stands out with its intricate stem, available in detailed metal or rope designs, offering a refined balance between rustic charm and modern elegance. Its globe shade effortlessly adds texture and depth to any room. The matte black finish and white glass create a striking contrast that suits industrial, modern, and transitional interiors.
Best for
- Kitchen islands, hung in a row of two or three for task lighting over a 6-8 ft island
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for ambient light
- Breakfast nooks and counter seating areas
- Entryways and hallways with 8-10 ft ceilings
- Covered patios or sunrooms, thanks to its damp-rated construction
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - damp-rated but not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 30-inch stem length
- Primary room lighting in large open-plan areas - this is a single 100W fixture
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this pendant can produce up to 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent, bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. For a softer ambient glow, use a lower-wattage LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the light level to suit your mood. The matte white glass shade diffuses light softly, creating a warm and inviting glow. For a cozy atmosphere, choose a 2700K-3000K LED bulb.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 12"(L) x 12"(W) x 15.38"(H). The hanging height is adjustable from 22.13 to 46.13 inches, thanks to the included 6-inch and two 12-inch stems. The canopy is 4.75" in diameter. This pendant is sloped ceiling compatible, making it versatile for various ceiling types.
