A 10-inch mini pendant from the Astor Collection, finished in polished nickel with a white rope-wrapped globe glass shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Astor stands out with its intricate stem, available in detailed metal or rope designs, offering a refined balance between rustic charm and modern elegance. Its globe shade effortlessly adds texture and depth to any room. The polished nickel finish and matte white glass create a versatile look that complements industrial, modern, and transitional interiors.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row for task lighting over a 6-8 ft counter
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for ambient and accent light
- Entryways and foyers, adding a warm welcome with a vintage-inspired glow
- Living rooms and reading nooks, providing focused light over a side table or desk
- Sloped or vaulted ceilings, thanks to the included 90-degree swivel
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is rated for damp locations, not wet locations
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 30-inch hanging length
- Primary room lighting in large open-plan areas - a single 100W bulb is best for accent or task lighting
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this pendant can produce up to 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent, bright enough for task lighting over a kitchen island or dining table. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage LED or dimmable bulb.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the light level. The matte white glass shade diffuses light evenly, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. For a classic warm glow, pair with a 2700K-3000K LED bulb. The glass is hand-blown, so each shade is unique with subtle variations.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 10"(L) x 10"(W) x 13.75"(H). The hanging height is adjustable from 20.5" to 44.5" using the included stems (one 6" and two 12"). The canopy is 4.75" in diameter. This pendant works well over kitchen islands, dining tables, and entryways with ceilings at least 8 ft high.
