A 10-inch mini pendant from the Astor collection, featuring a rope-wrapped stem in brushed brass and a seedy glass globe, for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Astor stands out with its intricate stem, available in detailed metal or rope designs, offering a refined balance between rustic charm and modern elegance. This version pairs a brushed brass finish with a brown rope-wrapped stem and a seedy glass shade, adding texture and depth to any room. The industrial-vintage style suits modern and transitional interiors.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in a row for task and ambient light
- Dining rooms, centered over a table for a warm, inviting glow
- Entryways and foyers, adding a statement piece with adjustable height
- Coffee bars and home bars, providing focused accent lighting
- Vaulted or sloped ceilings, thanks to the included 90-degree swivel
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure - this fixture is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 feet if you need the full 44.5-inch hanging length
- Primary room lighting in large open-plan areas - it's a single 100W bulb
How bright is it?
With a maximum 100W incandescent bulb (not included), this pendant can produce roughly 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W bulb, suitable for task lighting over a counter or ambient light in a dining area. For a softer glow, use a lower-wattage LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The seedy glass shade diffuses light, creating a warm, textured glow. The fixture is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit the mood. The color temperature depends on the bulb you choose; for a warm, incandescent-like feel, select a 2700K-3000K LED bulb.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 10 inches wide and 13.75 inches tall, with an adjustable hanging height from 20.5 to 44.5 inches using the included stems. The canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter. Ideal for ceilings 8 feet or higher, and it works on sloped ceilings thanks to the included swivel.
