A compact 4.5-inch semi-flush mount with an exposed bulb, finished in oiled rubbed bronze, for hallways, entryways, and other low-ceiling spaces.
Part of the Bare Bulb Collection, this fixture celebrates the raw industrial look of an exposed bulb. The cast brass construction and oiled rubbed bronze finish give it a vintage, restoration-era character that pairs well with industrial and transitional interiors. Its small footprint makes it an easy upgrade for tight spaces where a full pendant won't fit.
Best for
- Hallways and entryways with ceilings 8 ft or lower, where a flush mount keeps headroom clear
- Closets, laundry rooms, and mudrooms needing a compact, durable light source
- Industrial or vintage-style interiors with exposed brick, wood, and metal accents
- Covered porches and other damp-rated locations, as this fixture is rated for damp use
- Single-bulb accent lighting over a small console table or bench
Not ideal for
- Large living rooms or open-concept areas needing broad, high-output illumination
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, as it is rated for damp, not wet, locations
- Spaces where you want a shaded, diffused glow rather than a bare bulb look
How bright is it?
With a single 100W incandescent bulb (included), this fixture delivers roughly 1600 lumens - comparable to a traditional 100W bulb, bright enough for task lighting in a small room or ambient light in a hallway. Lumen output will vary if you swap in an LED bulb.
Light color and feel
The included bulb is a clear A19 with a warm, incandescent glow (around 2700K). It casts a cozy, amber-toned light that flatters wood and bronze finishes. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb, letting you adjust the mood.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 4.5 inches wide by 5.5 inches high, with a 4.5-inch diameter canopy. It's designed for standard 8-foot ceilings and works well in compact spaces. The fixture is not sloped-ceiling adaptable, so it's best on flat ceilings.
