A 2-light linear chandelier with hand-glazed ceramic shades and a distressed bronze frame, made for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
Pottersville takes its cues from mid-century RLM designs, keeping the forms intentionally simple so the ceramic glazes can do the talking. Each shade is finished by skilled Vietnamese potters, and the Ceramic Ivory Crackle glaze pairs with a Distressed Bronze frame for a warm, artisanal look. Because the glazing is done by hand, exact colors and patterns may vary slightly from piece to piece.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars that need a linear statement piece
- Dining rooms with a long table, where the 18-inch width spreads light evenly
- Open-concept living and dining spaces with standard ceiling heights
- Hallways or entryways where a mid-century accent is welcome
Not ideal for
- Sloped ceilings - the manufacturer lists this fixture as not compatible with sloped ceilings
- Small rooms or low ceilings - the fixture is 27 in high with a 54 in chain, so it needs vertical clearance
- Spaces where you want an exact color match - the hand-glazed ceramic varies slightly from piece to piece
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. The fixture takes two 15W E26 medium base bulbs (G25 shape), which is suited to task and ambient lighting over a kitchen island or dining table.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs you choose. The ceramic shades diffuse the output for a soft, even glow that suits dining and kitchen settings. The fixture is not specified as dimmable by the manufacturer.
