A 24-inch semi-flush mount for bedrooms and hallways, featuring a woven abaca rope shade and Vintage Gold Leaf finish.
Pleasant Plains brings a fresh material story to a classic bowl silhouette. The open, airy shade is formed of twisted abaca rope, showcasing the craftsmanship of skilled artisans. In addition to the Vintage Gold Leaf suspension, three ropes supporting the chandelier add a layer of continuity. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the medium, exact colors and patterns may vary slightly from the image shown.
Best for
- Bedrooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings, providing ambient light without hanging too low
- Hallways and entryways where a flush profile is needed for clearance
- Dining rooms with lower ceilings, adding texture and warmth
- Covered porches or sunrooms, as this fixture is rated for damp locations
Not ideal for
- Rooms with very high ceilings where a pendant or chandelier would be more proportional
- Bathrooms with direct shower exposure, despite the damp rating
- Spaces requiring bright task lighting - this fixture provides ambient light only
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulbs you choose. With three 10W E12 candelabra base bulbs (B11 type recommended), it provides soft ambient light suitable for bedrooms and hallways. Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs you install. The natural abaca rope shade creates a warm, filtered glow that adds organic texture to the room. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs.
