A 52-inch, 12-light chandelier with tapered Dupioni silk shades on precisely cut Vintage Gold Leaf metalwork - timeless elegance with a modern edge for dining rooms and foyers.
Allaben pairs clean-lined arms and rounded edges with luxurious tapered silk shades, giving the piece a classic, tailored silhouette. The precisely cut Vintage Gold Leaf metalwork introduces a sharper, more contemporary note, so the fixture reads as transitional rather than purely traditional. It is the 12-light version of the family, sized for a proper dining room or a generous foyer.
Best for
- Dining rooms with a table 72 in or wider, hung 30-36 in above the tabletop
- Foyers and entryways with ceilings 10 ft or higher
- Living rooms and sitting rooms with warm wood, brass, or traditional furnishings
- Bedrooms in larger primary suites where a soft, shaded glow is preferred over exposed bulbs
Not ideal for
- Sloped or vaulted ceilings - this fixture is not sloped-ceiling compatible
- Standard 8 ft ceilings; the minimum hanging height is 23.5 in and the piece is 17.5 in tall
- Rooms that need bright, directional task light - the silk shades are diffusing by design
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With 12 x 10W E12 candelabra bulbs (B11 shape), the fixture gives a soft, evenly distributed glow - ambient and decorative rather than a high-output task light.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulbs you choose; bulbs are not included. The Dupioni silk shades diffuse and warm the light, so 2700K-3000K bulbs keep the elegant, golden character intact. Dimming depends on your bulb and dimmer pairing - the manufacturer does not specify a dimmer model.
Sizing and fit
Overall 52 in diameter x 17.5 in high, with an adjustable hanging height of 23.5-77.25 in on a 24 in chain. The 9 in canopy suits a standard junction box. At 27 lbs, it is a manageable ceiling mount for a large room. Each shade measures 2.75 in top width x 6 in bottom width x 7.75 in high.

Frequently asked
Is the bulb included? No. The fixture takes 12 x 10W E12 candelabra base bulbs (B11 shape), sold separately.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimming depends on the bulbs and dimmer you pair with it; the manufacturer does not specify a dimmer model.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It carries a CUL Damp rating, so it is suitable for damp interior locations. It is not rated for wet or fully exposed outdoor use.
What's the warranty? 1 Year Limited Manufacturer.
What does Dupioni silk look like in person? Dupioni is a textured silk with a subtle sheen and slight natural slubbing, which gives the tapered shades a soft, luminous look rather than a flat fabric finish.
