A black adjustable swing-arm floor lamp for reading nooks and living rooms, with a height range of 50 to 58 inches.
The Townhouse floor lamp pairs a black metal base with an off-white linen hardback shade for a clean, traditional look. The swing arm extends from 13 to 20 inches, so you can pull light directly over a chair or sofa, and the height adjusts to suit different seating. A 3-way socket lets you switch between low, medium, and high brightness.
Best for
- Living rooms and family rooms where you need task light over a favorite armchair
- Bedrooms as a reading lamp beside a bed or in a corner seating area
- Home offices or studies where adjustable light helps with focused work
- Traditional and transitional interiors with black or dark wood furniture
Not ideal for
- Rooms with very low ceilings - the lamp stands 50 to 58 inches tall
- Spaces where you want a completely cordless or rechargeable lamp
- Outdoor or damp locations - this lamp is ETL listed for dry indoor use only
How bright is it?
Takes one 100W 3-way medium-base bulb (not included). Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose; a 100W-equivalent LED typically gives around 1600 lumens, enough for reading and tasks. The 3-way switch lets you set low, medium, or high.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb you install. The off-white linen shade diffuses light softly and casts a warm, even glow. For a warm feel, choose a 2700K-3000K bulb; for whiter task light, choose 3500K-4000K.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 13 in deep, 13 to 20 in wide (arm extended), and 50 to 58 in high. The base is 10 in. The shade measures 10 x 13 x 11 in. This lamp fits beside seating in rooms of most sizes; check that the arm extension clears your chair or table.
