A 69-inch floor lamp with a built-in metal table, made for reading nooks and living room seating in black and heritage gold metal with an off white linen hardback shade.
The Lyndon pairs a tall bent-metal frame with a small integrated table set 27.5 inches off the floor, so a book, phone, or cup stays within reach without a separate side table. The black and heritage gold finish gives the frame a two-tone contrast that reads warm and slightly traditional, while the off white linen hardback shade softens the light.
Best for
- Living rooms and family rooms beside a sofa or armchair, where the built-in table holds a drink or remote
- Primary bedrooms as a reading lamp next to a chair or bed
- Home offices and studies that need task light plus a small landing spot for notes
- Reading corners in rooms with 9 ft or higher ceilings, given the 69 in overall height
Not ideal for
- Low-ceiling rooms under about 8 ft - at 69 in tall the shade sits close to the ceiling
- Tight corners or narrow walkways - the 18 in wide base and shade need breathing room
- Anyone wanting a plug-in-and-go lamp with no bulb on hand - the bulb is not included
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. The socket accepts one 150W 3-way medium-base LED bulb, so brightness depends on the bulb you choose; a 3-way bulb lets you switch between low, medium, and high output from the socket switch.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb installed - the lamp ships without one. The off white linen hardback shade diffuses light into a soft, even glow rather than a harsh point source, which flatters seating areas and warm wood or gold interiors.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 18 in deep x 18 in wide x 69 in high, with a 10.5 in base and a 16 x 18 x 11 in shade. The integrated table sits 27.5 in from the floor. Best suited to rooms with 9 ft or higher ceilings and enough floor space for an 18 in footprint.
