A 24-inch four-light picture light in antique brass, built to wash a wide canvas or gallery wall in warm, even light.
Part of House of Troy's Ava Collection, this picture light pairs a slim 24-inch metal shade with an antique brass finish that reads traditional and slightly aged rather than bright and polished. The low 4.5-inch profile keeps the fixture visually quiet above the frame, so the artwork stays the focus.
Best for
- Living rooms and dens with a large canvas or wide framed print above a sofa or console
- Home galleries and hallways hung with a row of medium-to-large artworks
- Studies and libraries where a picture light doubles as soft accent lighting
- Fireplace mantels displaying a single statement piece
Not ideal for
- Small frames under about 16 inches wide - the 24-inch shade will overhang noticeably
- Rooms where you need general ambient light; this is an accent fixture, not a room light
- Spaces where a bright polished brass look is wanted - the antique brass is muted and aged
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. It uses four 15T-4 incandescent bulbs (included), which together give a soft, focused wash suited to accenting artwork rather than lighting a whole room.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is not specified by the manufacturer. With included incandescent T-4 bulbs the light reads warm and continuous, which flatters oil, canvas, and photographic prints without the harsh hotspots of a bare spotlight.
