A single-light lantern wall sconce in oil rubbed bronze with a white swirl glass shade, sized for bedrooms, hallways, and bath vanities.
The Lantern sconce pairs a diamond-shaped backplate with a softly glowing white swirl glass shade for a traditional look that suits classic and transitional interiors. The oil rubbed bronze finish brings a deep, dark warmth that reads well against painted walls and wood trim, while the metal base keeps the profile crisp.
Best for
- Bedrooms, mounted in pairs beside the bed as reading sconces
- Hallways and stairwells where a single accent light adds warmth
- Bathrooms over a vanity or mirror, hardwired for a clean look
- Entryways and foyers flanking a console or door
Not ideal for
- Outdoor or covered patio use - this sconce is not rated for wet or damp locations
- Rooms where you need a primary light source - one 60W bulb provides accent light only
- Rentals or plug-in setups - this is a direct-wire fixture only
How bright is it?
Takes one 60W candelabra-base bulb (not included). Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose - a typical 60W-equivalent LED gives roughly 500-800 lumens, enough for accent and ambient light rather than whole-room illumination.
Light color and feel
Light color follows the bulb you install. A warm white 2700K-3000K bulb behind the white swirl glass gives a soft, diffused glow that flatters bronze and wood tones. Bulb is not included, so choose a dimmable bulb if you plan to dim.
Sizing and fit
Overall 7.5 in wide x 8.5 in deep x 12.5 in high, with a 7 in diamond backplate and a 2.5 x 6.5 x 6.5 in shade. The 8.5 in projection suits hallways and bedside placement where you want light without a bulky footprint. Works well on standard 8-9 ft walls.
