A single-light pendant in brushed nickel with smoked glass, sized for kitchen islands, dining nooks, and bar areas.
Refinery is a pared-down take on modern-industrial design. The brushed nickel finish keeps the look clean and slightly retro, while the smoked glass shade softens the bulb's glare into a warm, moody glow. At just under 8 inches wide, it works well in multiples over a counter or as a single accent in a smaller room.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung in pairs or threes over the counter
- Dining nooks and small dining rooms where a full chandelier would feel heavy
- Entryways and foyers that need a single focused drop of light
- Bedrooms with higher ceilings, used as a bedside or reading pendant
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Rooms where you need a lot of light from one fixture; this is an accent pendant, not a primary light source
- Very low ceilings if you plan to use the full 120 inches of wire
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer and depends on the bulb you choose. With a standard bulb it reads as accent or task light - enough to light a countertop or a small table, not enough to light a whole room on its own.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb installed. The smoked glass shade mutes and warms the light, so a 2700K-3000K bulb will feel soft and golden, while a cooler bulb will read more industrial. Dimming depends on the bulb and dimmer you pair with it.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 7.75 in wide by 12 in high, with a 5 in diameter canopy and 120 in of wire. The fixture can be installed on a sloped ceiling up to 90 degrees, so it works in vaulted rooms as well as flat ones. Install position is up.
