The opal frosted glass diffuses light softly, creating a pleasant ambiance without glare.
Best for
- Covered patios, porches, and verandas where the fan is exposed to rain or moisture
- Outdoor kitchens and dining areas needing supplemental light
- Replacing an existing light kit on a compatible Fanimation ceiling fan
- Spaces with 8-foot or higher ceilings, as the kit adds minimal height
Not ideal for
- Indoor rooms where a fan light kit is not needed
- Fans that do not support this specific light kit model
- Areas with ceilings under 7 feet, as the kit may reduce clearance
How bright is it?
1300 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, providing ample light for outdoor seating areas or as a primary light source for a small patio.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. It flatters skin tones and creates a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The CRI of 80 is adequate for most outdoor settings.
