A 48-inch damp-rated smart ceiling fan for covered patios, porches, and large bedrooms, finished in brushed nickel with natural composite blades.
The Wrap Custom from Fanimation makes a sculptural statement with its smoothly curved and twisted blades, a design that stands out whether mounted indoors or in a covered outdoor space. The brushed nickel motor housing pairs with natural composite blades for a warm, organic contrast. Powered by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor, this fan delivers powerful airflow while keeping energy use low. It ships without a light kit for a clean, minimalist profile, and is fully controllable via the included handheld remote or the FanSync app with voice assistant compatibility.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches where damp-rated construction is essential
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms that need year-round air movement
- Primary bedrooms 12x14 ft or larger, mounted on flat or slightly sloped ceilings
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high humidity (damp-rated, not for direct rain)
- Smart-home setups wanting voice control via FanSync app
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas exposed directly to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with ceilings steeper than 27° without an additional sloped-ceiling adapter
- Spaces where an integrated light is required - this model has no light kit (sold separately)
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so it produces no light on its own. It is compatible with Fanimation's integrated 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately), which delivers 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb - with selectable color temperatures.
Light color and feel
When paired with the optional LED light kit, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The 90 CRI rating ensures colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for art or task areas. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.
Sizing and fit
With a 48-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 48 x 48 x 12.46 inches, this fan suits medium to large rooms. It comes with a 4.5-inch downrod; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 6.14 inches in diameter, and the fan weighs 15.94 lbs.
