A 84-inch smart ceiling fan with a 12-inch integrated LED light kit from Fanimation's TriAire Custom collection, finished in matte white with matte white composite blades, designed for large indoor rooms and wet-rated outdoor spaces like patios and pergolas.
The TriAire Custom combines powerful airflow with integrated illumination. Its three aerodynamic composite blades are driven by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor that delivers up to 10,387 CFM, while the included 12-inch, 40-watt LED light kit provides 3,600 lumens of bright, adjustable light with CCT Select technology (2700K-5000K). With Wi-Fi fanSync, you can control both fan and light via voice or smartphone, and the included remote offers 16 speeds, dimming, and timer functions. Energy Star certified and wet rated, this fan is a versatile choice for large living areas and covered outdoor spaces.
Best for
- Large living rooms and great rooms (over 400 sq ft) needing powerful airflow and bright illumination
- Covered patios, pergolas, and gazebos thanks to its wet location rating
- Open-plan kitchens and dining areas where adjustable light color (warm to daylight) is useful
- High ceilings up to a 27° slope, with optional downrods up to 72 inches for optimal hanging height
Not ideal for
- Small rooms under 100 sq ft where an 84-inch sweep would overwhelm the space
- Rooms with ceilings lower than 8 feet, as the fan requires a minimum hanging height for safety and performance
How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit produces 3,600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 250W incandescent bulb - making it bright enough to serve as the primary light source for a large living room or covered patio. It is dimmable for lower light levels.
Light color and feel
The CCT Select technology lets you choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral white), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for entertaining or task areas.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 84 inches in blade sweep and 84 x 84 x 19.69 inches overall with the light kit. It comes with an 8-inch downrod and is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°. Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve a 7-9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the housing is 7.09 inches. It weighs 24.41 lbs.
