A 72-inch damp-rated smart ceiling fan with an integrated dimmable LED light kit, designed for covered outdoor and large indoor spaces.
The TriAire Custom from Fanimation pairs a sleek, aerodynamic three-blade design with a powerful yet quiet DC motor. The brushed satin brass finish and dark walnut composite blades give it a warm, contemporary look that suits both modern and transitional interiors. With Wi-Fi fanSync, you can control the fan and light with your voice or smartphone, and the included handheld remote offers full control from your seat.
Best for
- Covered patios, porches, and sunrooms where damp-rated fixtures are required
- Large living rooms and great rooms up to 400 sq ft, providing powerful airflow up to 8,666 CFM
- Bedrooms and home offices needing quiet, energy-efficient air circulation with adjustable light color
- Spaces with ceilings up to 27° slope, using the included 8-inch downrod or optional longer downrods
- Year-round comfort with a reversible motor for summer and winter airflow
Not ideal for
- Areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft unless you use a flush mount (not included) to maintain safe clearance
- Small spaces under 100 sq ft where a 72-inch sweep may be overpowering
How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module delivers 1,600 lumens - comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb - enough to illuminate a large living area or covered patio. It's dimmable, so you can adjust from a soft glow to full brightness.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. The 90 CRI ensures colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for entertaining or reading. The opal frosted shade diffuses light evenly, reducing glare.
Sizing and fit
This 72-inch fan has an overall height of 18.12 inches with the light kit and includes an 8-inch downrod. It's designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27°, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the optimal 7-9 ft hanging height. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter.
