A 72-inch smart ceiling fan with a 12-inch LED light kit from Fanimation's TriAire Custom collection, finished in brushed satin brass with black composite blades, designed for indoor and covered outdoor spaces.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan pairs a sleek, modern silhouette with powerful airflow and integrated lighting. Its three aerodynamic composite blades are driven by a quiet, energy-efficient DC motor that moves up to 8,666 CFM on high. The included 12-inch, 40-watt LED light kit delivers 3600 lumens with CCT Select technology, letting you choose from five color temperatures from warm white to daylight. The brushed satin brass finish and black blades give it a contemporary look that works in a range of settings. With Wi-Fi fanSync, you can control the fan and light from your smartphone or voice assistant, and the included handheld remote puts 16 speeds, light levels, and more at your fingertips. Energy Star certified for efficiency.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, where the damp-rated motor and moisture-resistant blades handle humidity without direct rain exposure
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms that need powerful airflow and bright, adjustable lighting
- Large living rooms and great rooms (up to 400 sq ft) with ceilings at least 8 ft high
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high humidity, thanks to the damp-rated construction
- Bedrooms and home offices where the 16-speed DC motor delivers whisper-quiet operation and seasonal reverse
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with ceilings lower than 7 ft, unless you use a shorter downrod than the included 8-inch one
- Small spaces under 100 sq ft where a 72-inch blade sweep may feel oversized
How bright is it?
The integrated 40-watt LED light kit produces 3600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 250W incandescent bulb - making it suitable for ambient lighting in large rooms or task lighting in kitchens and workspaces.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K color temperatures, letting you match the mood from cozy warm white to crisp daylight. The light is dimmable and has a CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering. Use the included remote or the fanSync app to adjust brightness and color temperature.
Sizing and fit
With a 72-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 19.69 inches (from ceiling to bottom with the light kit), this fan suits rooms of 15x15 ft or larger. It mounts on flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees and comes with an 8-inch downrod. Optional downrods up to 72 inches let you achieve the recommended 7-9 ft hanging height for optimal airflow. The canopy is 5.75 inches in diameter, and the lead wire is 80 inches long.
