A 72-inch smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, designed for covered outdoor and large indoor spaces, finished in brushed nickel with black composite blades.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan pairs a sleek, aerodynamic three-blade design with a high-performance DC motor, delivering powerful airflow up to 8,666 CFM. The brushed nickel housing and black composite blades give it a modern, understated look that suits contemporary patios, porches, and open-plan living areas. With Wi-Fi fanSync technology, you can control the fan and light through the fanSync app or voice assistants, and the included handheld remote offers convenient manual control.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, where the damp-rated construction handles humidity without direct rain exposure
- Large living rooms and great rooms, providing strong airflow for spaces up to 400 sq ft
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms, adding comfort in humid environments
- Bedrooms and home offices, with 16 speeds and a quiet DC motor for gentle or brisk airflow
- Kitchens and dining areas, with the integrated light kit providing bright, adjustable illumination
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas exposed directly to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with ceilings lower than 8 ft, as the 8-inch downrod and light kit require adequate clearance
- Small spaces under 100 sq ft, where the 72-inch blade sweep may feel oversized
How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED module produces 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to serve as a primary light source for a medium-sized room, or as a strong accent in larger spaces. The light is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit the mood.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight. This flexibility lets you match the light to your activity and décor - warm white for cozy evenings, daylight for tasks. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and vibrant, ideal for living areas and kitchens.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 72 inches in diameter with a height of 18.12 inches from ceiling to bottom (including the light kit). It comes with an 8-inch downrod, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. Designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees, this fan is best suited for rooms with at least 8-foot ceilings.
