Best for
- Covered patios, porches, and sunrooms where damp-rated fixtures are required
- Large living rooms and great rooms up to 400 sq ft, providing strong airflow
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high humidity, thanks to its damp rating
- Bedrooms and home offices needing quiet, adjustable airflow with 16 speeds
- Smart home setups, controllable via the FanSync app or voice assistants
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water—this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with ceilings steeper than 27° without additional mounting accessories
- Small spaces under 100 sq ft where a 60-inch sweep may be overpowering
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately). When installed, that kit provides up to 1600 lumens—similar to a 100W incandescent bulb—suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 3000K (warm white), 4000K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight) via CCT Select technology. The 90 CRI rating ensures colors appear vibrant and accurate, ideal for living spaces and kitchens.
Sizing and fit
This 60-inch fan has an overall height of 12.92 inches from ceiling to bottom (without light kit) and comes with a 4.5-inch downrod. It fits flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 27°, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for taller ceilings. Ideal for rooms at least 15 x 15 feet.
