A 44-inch indoor/outdoor smart ceiling fan without a light kit, ideal for covered porches, patios, and large living spaces.
The TriAire Custom ceiling fan from Fanimation offers a sleek, modern design with three composite blades in a weathered wood finish that contrast beautifully with the matte white housing. Powered by a quiet DC motor with 16 speeds, it delivers powerful airflow up to 5,103 CFM. With Wi-Fi FanSync, you can control the fan via the fanSync app or your voice assistant. The included TR305 remote adds convenience, and the wet rating ensures durability in damp outdoor locations. This model is compatible with an optional integrated LED light kit (sold separately) for added versatility.

- Great rooms and open-plan living areas up to 400 sq ft, providing strong airflow
- Bedrooms and home offices needing quiet, energy-efficient air circulation
- Outdoor dining areas where a remote-controlled fan enhances comfort
- Smart home setups—control via fanSync app or voice assistants like Alexa or Google Home
Not ideal for
- Spaces that require a light kit—this model does not include one, but it is compatible with an optional kit
- Indoor rooms with ceilings under 8 ft unless using a shorter downrod (included 4.5-inch downrod may be too long)
- Very large commercial spaces exceeding 500 sq ft, where a larger blade span may be more effective
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. If you add the optional LED light kit, it provides up to 1600 lumens (comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb) with dimmable functionality.
Light color and feel
If you choose to add the optional light kit, you can select from 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, or 5000K daylight via CCT Select technology. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vibrant and true.
