This TriAire Custom motor from Fanimation is the heart of a fully customizable ceiling fan. The brushed nickel finish is built to withstand damp locations, so it works in covered patios, porches, and bathrooms. With a 31-speed DC motor and included handheld remote, you get precise control and energy efficiency. Pair it with any of eight blade sweeps and an optional LED light kit (sold separately) to create the perfect fan for your space.

How bright is it?
This is a fan motor only - no light kit is included. If you add the optional LED light kit (sold separately), it provides 1400 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, ideal for ambient room lighting.

When paired with the optional light kit, you can choose color temperatures from 3000K (warm white) to 5000K (daylight) via CCT select, letting you match the mood of your space. The LED module is dimmable for flexible lighting control.
Sizing and fit
This motor is designed to work with blade sweeps from 44 to 60 inches, making it adaptable to rooms from 10x10 ft to 18x20 ft or larger. The motor body is 12.42 inches high, and the included 4.5-inch downrod allows for standard mounting. It supports sloped ceilings up to 27 degrees and can be flush-mounted if needed.
