An 84-inch smart ceiling fan for covered patios and large living rooms, finished in black with koa wood blades.
The Spitfire DC Custom pairs a sleek black motor with three koa blades, delivering powerful yet quiet airflow up to 10,688 CFM. Its DC motor is energy-efficient and reversible, while the included TR360 remote and Wi-Fi fanSync app give you full control from anywhere. Damp rated for covered outdoor spaces, this fan is built to handle humidity without missing a beat.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, where damp-rated construction stands up to humidity
- Great rooms and open-plan living areas with ceilings at least 8 ft high
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms that need year-round air movement
- Rooms with standard or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 20°), using the included downrods
- Smart-home setups, thanks to Wi-Fi and voice assistant control
Not ideal for
- Areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp rated, not wet rated
- Small rooms under 12 x 12 ft, where 84-inch blades would overwhelm the space
- Low ceilings under 8 ft, as the downrod adds height
How bright is it?
This fan is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that delivers 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, ideal for ambient lighting in a large room. The light kit is dimmable for adjustable brightness.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, the optional light kit offers five color temperatures from 2700K warm white to 5000K daylight, so you can shift from cozy evenings to bright, energizing light. A high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear vivid and true to life.
Sizing and fit
This downrod fan measures 84 inches in blade sweep and hangs 19.69 inches from the ceiling with the included 6-inch downrod (12-inch also included). Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The fan weighs 19.98 lbs.
