How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. If you add the compatible 18-watt LED light kit, it produces 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting.

If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from five color temperatures (2700K-5000K) with a 90 CRI for accurate color rendering. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.

This fan measures 84 inches in diameter and hangs 13.69 or 19.69 inches from the ceiling depending on the downrod (6 or 12 inches included).
