How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional light kit you add. The compatible 18-watt LED kit produces 1600 lumens, roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate.

This downrod fan has a 72-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 19.69 inches with the included 12-inch downrod. It is designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 20°). Optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 foot hanging height.
