A 64-inch smart ceiling fan from Fanimation's Spitfire DC Custom collection, finished in black with koa blades, designed for indoor and covered outdoor spaces.
The Spitfire DC Custom pairs a sleek black motor housing with three koa wood blades for a warm, natural contrast. Its energy-efficient DC motor delivers powerful airflow up to 8,754 CFM while staying quiet, and the included TR360 remote puts full control at your fingertips. Wi-Fi enabled fanSync technology lets you adjust the fan from your smartphone or voice assistant, and the KwikWire system simplifies installation. Damp rated, it's a versatile choice for covered patios, porches, sunrooms, bathrooms, and laundry rooms.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, where damp-rated construction stands up to humidity
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms needing powerful, quiet airflow
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms, where moisture resistance is a plus
- Living rooms and great rooms with standard or sloped ceilings, using the included downrods
- Smart-home setups, with control via the fanSync app or voice assistants
Not ideal for
- Spaces with very low ceilings where a flush mount is required (this model uses downrods)
- Areas directly exposed to rain or water, as it is damp rated, not wet rated
- Rooms where you need a light kit included, as this version is fan-only
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness is not applicable. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that offers five color temperatures.
Light color and feel
No light included. If you add the optional LED kit, you can choose from 2700K warm white to 5000K daylight, with a high CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.
