A 54-inch flush-mount smart ceiling fan without a light kit, designed for low ceilings and covered outdoor spaces.
The Spitfire DC Custom flush mount brings the same sleek design and powerful performance as the downrod version, but mounts directly to the ceiling for rooms with limited clearance. The brushed satin brass motor and light oak blades create a modern, coastal-inspired look. This version is compatible with an optional integrated LED light kit (sold separately) that offers five color temperatures. With Wi-Fi fanSync technology, you can control the fan from your smart device or voice assistant.
Best for
- Rooms with low ceilings (8 ft or less) where a downrod fan won't fit
- Covered patios and porches, providing a cool breeze without direct rain exposure
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms where humidity is a concern
- Bedrooms and home offices where quiet operation is valued
- Spaces where you prefer to add your own light kit later
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp rated, not wet rated
- Rooms with ceilings under 7 ft unless you use the flush mount option
- Small spaces under 100 sq ft where the 54-inch blade sweep may be overpowering
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. If you add the optional LED light kit, it produces 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral white), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 54 inches in diameter and 9.65 inches from ceiling to bottom. It mounts flush to the ceiling, making it perfect for rooms with 8-foot ceilings. Recommended for rooms at least 12x12 ft.
