A 96-inch downrod smart ceiling fan for large covered outdoor and indoor spaces, finished in black with koa blades.
The Spitfire DC Custom is a statement-scale ceiling fan that pairs a sleek black motor with three koa blades for a warm, tropical-modern look. Its 6-speed DC motor delivers powerful yet quiet airflow up to 12,413 CFM, making it a workhorse for big rooms. This version is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) featuring CCT Select technology, so you can choose from five color temperatures. Control everything with the included TR360 handheld remote or your smart device via Wi-Fi fanSync.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches where damp-rated fixtures are needed
- Great rooms and open-plan living areas with ceilings 10 ft or higher
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms that need year-round air movement
- Rooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings using the included 6-inch downrod
- Smart-home setups wanting voice or app control
Not ideal for
- Direct rain or water exposure - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Low ceilings under 8 ft where a flush mount is preferred
- Small rooms under 12 x 12 ft where a 96-inch sweep is overpowering
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. When paired with the optional 18-watt LED module, it outputs 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb - suitable for ambient lighting in a large room, not as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
With the optional light kit, you can select from 2700K (warm white) to 5000K (daylight) to match your mood. The 90 CRI rating ensures colors appear vibrant and accurate. The light is dimmable via the remote.
Sizing and fit
