An 84-inch flush-mount smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, designed for low ceilings and covered outdoor spaces, finished in dark bronze with Koa wood blades.
The Spitfire DC Custom flush mount brings the same powerful airflow and smart features as the downrod version, but sits closer to the ceiling—ideal for rooms with lower clearances. Its 84-inch blade sweep and DC motor deliver up to 10,688 CFM, while the dark bronze finish and Koa blades add a natural, modern touch. The integrated 18-watt LED light kit offers five color temperatures, and the included remote and Wi-Fi control make it easy to adjust from anywhere.
Best for
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 feet, where a downrod would hang too low
- Covered patios and porches, thanks to its damp rating and moisture-resistant blades
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms with limited overhead space
- Large living areas and open floor plans needing high airflow without a long drop
- Smart-home setups, with Wi-Fi control via the fanSync app and voice assistants
Not ideal for
- Directly exposed outdoor areas—this fan is damp rated, not wet rated, so it must be under a covered roof
- Vaulted or sloped ceilings—the flush mount is designed for flat ceilings only
- Small rooms under 12x12 feet—the 84-inch sweep is oversized for compact spaces
How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 1600 lumens—comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb—making it suitable for ambient lighting in large rooms. It is dimmable, so you can lower the light for a cozy evening.
Light color and feel
Choose from five color temperatures: 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and natural. The included Fresnel and frosted shades let you tailor the light diffusion.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 84 inches in diameter and 11.33 inches from ceiling to bottom, making it a great fit for ceilings as low as 8 feet. It mounts flush to a flat ceiling using the included bracket. For optimal airflow, mount it 7 to 9 feet above the floor.
