A 72-inch flush-mount smart ceiling fan without a light kit, designed for large indoor and covered outdoor spaces.
The Spitfire DC Custom pairs a Dark Bronze motor with Dark Walnut blades for a streamlined, contemporary look. Its 6-speed DC motor delivers powerful airflow up to 9,639 CFM while staying quiet and energy-efficient. This version is compatible with an optional integrated LED light kit (sold separately) that features CCT Select technology. With Wi-Fi enabled fanSync, you can control the fan from your smartphone or voice assistant.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, where damp-rated construction stands up to humidity
- Large living rooms and great rooms needing high airflow
- Primary bedrooms with high ceilings, using the remote for quiet comfort
- Sunrooms and enclosed porches that benefit from year-round air circulation
- Low-ceiling rooms, thanks to the flush mount design
Not ideal for
- Areas directly exposed to rain or water, as it is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Small rooms under 100 sq ft, where a 72-inch fan may be overpowering
- Ceilings under 8 feet, as the fan's height may be too close for comfort
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. If you add the optional LED light kit, it produces 1600 lumens, comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can adjust the light from warm 2700K to cool daylight 5000K with CCT Select. The 90 CRI ensures colors appear vibrant and accurate.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 72 inches in diameter and 9.65 inches in height, making it suitable for rooms at least 15x15 feet. The flush mount design is ideal for ceilings as low as 8 feet. The included canopy fits standard ceiling boxes.
