A 72-inch flush-mount smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, built for large indoor and covered outdoor spaces.
The Spitfire DC Custom from Fanimation pairs a sleek Black motor with three Dark Walnut Buttonwood blades for a warm, contemporary look. Its 6-speed DC motor delivers powerful airflow up to 9,639 CFM while staying quiet and energy-efficient. The included 24-watt LED light kit features CCT Select technology with a double-walled marine-grade glass shade, letting you choose from five color temperatures—2700K to 5000K. Control it all with the included TR360 remote or your smart device via Wi-Fi fanSync technology.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, where damp-rated construction stands up to humidity
- Great rooms and open-plan living areas up to 20x20 ft, providing strong airflow
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms that need both air movement and adjustable lighting
- Bedrooms and living rooms with low ceilings, thanks to the flush mount
- Smart-home setups, with voice control via Alexa or Google Assistant
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water—this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Small rooms under 10x10 ft, where the 72-inch blade sweep may feel oversized
- Spaces with sloped ceilings, as this flush-mount model is designed for flat ceilings
How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit produces 2,000 lumens—comparable to a 150W incandescent bulb—making it suitable as a primary light source for most rooms. It's dimmable, so you can adjust brightness to suit the occasion.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select technology, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), or 5000K (daylight). This flexibility lets you create anything from a cozy, warm glow to bright, energizing light. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 72 inches in diameter and hangs 12 inches from the ceiling, making it ideal for rooms with 8-foot ceilings or higher. The flush mount keeps it close to the ceiling, maximizing headroom in low-ceiling spaces.
