A 60-inch flush-mount ceiling fan from Fanimation's Spitfire collection, finished in brushed satin brass with three whiskey wood blades, designed for low ceilings and damp-rated for covered outdoor and humid spaces.
The Spitfire flush mount brings the collection's sleek three-blade design close to the ceiling, making it an excellent choice for rooms with lower ceilings where a downrod might not fit. The brushed satin brass motor housing pairs beautifully with whiskey-toned buttonwood blades, creating a warm, contemporary look. Its reversible AC motor delivers up to 4,006 CFM of airflow, and the included TR500 remote offers convenient control of three speeds and a timer. Rated for damp locations, it handles humidity in covered patios, sunrooms, and bathrooms without direct rain exposure.
Best for
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft, where the flush mount keeps the fan safely out of the way
- Covered patios and porches, thanks to the damp rating and moisture-resistant blades
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms that need consistent airflow without direct rain exposure
- Bedrooms and home offices where the included remote makes speed and timer adjustments easy from bed or desk
- Year-round comfort in any room, thanks to the reversible motor for summer cooling and winter air circulation
Not ideal for
- Areas directly exposed to rain or water spray—this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with very high ceilings where a downrod would provide better airflow distribution
- Spaces where you need a light source included—this model ships without a light kit (sold separately)
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so it produces no light on its own. If you add the optional 18-watt dimmable LED light kit (sold separately), it delivers 1500 lumens—roughly equivalent to a 100-watt incandescent bulb—providing ample ambient light for most rooms.
Light color and feel
When paired with the optional LED light kit, the 3000K warm white light creates a soft, golden glow similar to traditional incandescent bulbs, flattering skin tones and warm wood finishes. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate, making it a good choice for living areas and kitchens. The light is dimmable via the included remote, letting you adjust brightness from a gentle glow to full output.
Sizing and fit
This 60-inch flush-mount fan is designed for large rooms—typically 15x15 ft or larger—and mounts directly to flat ceilings, making it ideal for rooms with low ceilings. The overall dimensions are 60 in wide x 60 in deep x 9.5 in high, and it weighs 22.04 lbs. The close-to-ceiling design ensures a clean, streamlined look.
