A 60-inch damp-rated ceiling fan without a light kit, designed for covered outdoor and indoor spaces like patios, sunrooms, and large living areas.
The Spitfire combines a sleek three-blade design with the warmth of Light Oak Buttonwood blades and a Dark Bronze motor housing. This model does not include a light kit, making it a great choice for spaces that already have adequate lighting or where you prefer a minimalist look. It is compatible with an optional LED light kit (sold separately) for added versatility. Built for damp locations, this fan handles humidity and moisture from covered patios to bathrooms, while its reversible motor ensures year-round comfort.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, where damp-rated construction withstands humidity without direct rain exposure
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms needing airflow without integrated lighting
- Large living rooms and great rooms (up to 400 sq ft) with standard or slightly sloped ceilings
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high ceilings, where moisture resistance is essential
- Smart home setups, as the fan is compatible with Fanimation Wi-Fi fanSync and most smart home devices (controls sold separately)
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water, as the damp rating does not cover wet locations
- Rooms with ceilings lower than 8 feet if you need the fan to hang at the optimal 7-9 ft height without a shorter downrod
- Spaces that require a light fixture on the fan, unless you purchase the optional LED light kit separately
Style and finish
The Dark Bronze motor housing pairs beautifully with the Light Oak Buttonwood blades, creating a warm, natural contrast that suits coastal, transitional, and contemporary interiors. The three-blade design is sleek and modern, while the wood blades add organic texture.
Materials and care
The blades are made from Buttonwood, a durable hardwood with a Light Oak finish. The motor housing is finished in Dark Bronze. To clean, wipe the blades and housing with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the finish. Care instructions not specified by manufacturer.
