How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. If you add the optional 18-watt LED kit, it produces 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100-watt incandescent bulb - and is dimmable.

With the optional CCT Select light kit, you can choose from 2700K (warm white) to 5000K (daylight). The 90 CRI rating ensures accurate color rendering, ideal for living spaces.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 54 inches wide by 54 inches deep and hangs 19.69 inches from the ceiling with the included 12-inch downrod (13.69 inches with the 6-inch downrod). It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees. The 54-inch blade sweep suits rooms up to 18 x 20 feet.
