A 54-inch smart ceiling fan with brushed nickel finish throughout, for covered patios and large rooms.
The Spitfire DC Custom from Fanimation combines a sleek, monochromatic look with powerful performance. Its 6-speed DC motor moves up to 7,307 CFM quietly, and the included TR360 remote puts fan speed, reversing, and optional light control at your fingertips. Wi-Fi enabled fanSync lets you adjust comfort from your phone or voice assistant, while the damp-rated construction stands up to humid, covered outdoor spaces.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches where a cohesive brushed nickel look is desired
- Bedrooms and living rooms up to 18 x 18 feet
- Sunrooms and laundry rooms that need reliable air movement in humidity
- Smart-home setups - control via fanSync app, Alexa, or Google Assistant
Not ideal for
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 feet - the downrod adds height; consider the flush-mount version
- Directly exposed outdoor areas - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Anyone who wants a light kit included - this version is compatible but the light kit is sold separately
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. It is compatible with Fanimation's integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately), which delivers 1,600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb - when added.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, CCT Select technology lets you choose from five color temperatures - 2700K warm white to 5000K daylight - so you can match the mood from cozy to crisp. The kit is dimmable and has a 90 CRI for accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
This downrod model measures 54 inches wide and hangs 19.69 inches from the ceiling with the included 6-inch downrod. It includes both 6-inch and 12-inch downrods, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings. The 54-inch blade sweep suits rooms up to 18 x 18 feet.
