A 48-inch flush-mount ceiling fan with integrated LED light from Fanimation's Spitfire collection, finished in brushed nickel with dark walnut blades - ideal for low ceilings and covered outdoor spaces.
The Spitfire Close-to-Ceiling version mounts flush to the ceiling, keeping the sleek three-blade design just 11.21 inches from the ceiling with the light kit - perfect for rooms with 8-foot ceilings or lower. The brushed nickel motor housing pairs with dark walnut buttonwood blades for a warm, modern look. Its damp rating makes it a reliable choice for covered patios, sunrooms, and bathrooms, and the reversible AC motor delivers up to 4,995 CFM of airflow for year-round comfort. The included 18-watt dimmable LED light kit provides 1500 lumens of warm light.
Best for
- Rooms with low ceilings (8 ft or less) where a flush mount is needed to maintain clearance
- Covered patios and porches that need a damp-rated fan with integrated lighting
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms that need both air movement and ambient light
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high moisture levels - the damp rating protects the motor and blades
- Smart-home setups - compatible with Fanimation fanSync and most smart devices (control sold separately)
Not ideal for
- Uncovered outdoor areas exposed to direct rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Large rooms over 200 square feet - a 60-inch model would provide better airflow
- Spaces where you want to choose your own light bulb - the LED module is integrated and not replaceable
How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit delivers 1500 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb - enough to illuminate a small to medium room as ambient light. It is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness to suit the mood.
Light color and feel
The LED module emits 3000K warm white light - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. With a CRI of 90, it renders colors accurately, making it suitable for kitchens or living spaces where you want true-to-life tones. The light is dimmable, and the included TR500 remote controls light levels infinitely.
Sizing and fit
