A 48-inch flush-mount ceiling fan with integrated LED light, ideal for low ceilings and damp locations like covered patios and sunrooms.
The Spitfire flush mount brings the same sleek three-blade design and weathered wood blades as the standard model, but mounts directly to the ceiling for a streamlined look. The integrated LED light kit provides warm 3000K illumination with fresnel or frosted shades, and the reversible motor ensures year-round comfort. Perfect for rooms with limited vertical space.
Best for
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft, where a flush mount maximizes clearance
- Covered patios and porches, with damp-rated construction for humidity
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms needing both airflow and light
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms with low ceilings, where moisture resistance is a plus
- Modern living spaces seeking a clean, low-profile fan with integrated lighting
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Large rooms over 15 x 15 ft, where the 48-inch blade sweep may be insufficient for high airflow needs
- Spaces with sloped ceilings - this flush mount is designed for flat ceilings only
How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 1500 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb. This is suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms, but not as a primary task light for reading or detailed work.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent lighting. With a CRI of 90, colors appear natural and vibrant, making it a good choice for living spaces and kitchens. The light is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the mood from bright to cozy.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 48 inches in blade sweep and 11.21 inches from ceiling to bottom with the light kit. It fits rooms at least 12 x 12 ft, with a recommended ceiling height of 7.5 ft or more. The flush mount design keeps it close to the ceiling, ideal for low ceilings.
