A 48-inch indoor/outdoor ceiling fan without a light kit, finished in matte white with washed white blades, for covered patios, porches, and sunrooms.
The Spitfire offers a clean, minimalist look with its three washed white blades against a matte white motor housing. This version comes without a light kit, making it a great choice for spaces that already have sufficient lighting. Damp-rated for humid environments, it delivers powerful airflow with a reversible AC motor for year-round comfort. It's compatible with smart home systems when paired with the optional control.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches where the fan is protected from direct rain
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms that need airflow without additional light
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high humidity (damp-rated)
- Bedrooms and living areas with 8-9 ft ceilings using the included 4.5-inch downrod
- Open-plan spaces up to 15 x 15 ft that benefit from 5,176 CFM airflow
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas exposed directly to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms that need a light fixture on the ceiling - this model has no light kit
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you prefer a flush mount (consider the close-to-ceiling version)
Style and finish
The matte white motor housing and washed white blades create a bright, airy look that suits coastal, farmhouse, and contemporary interiors. The buttonwood blades have a subtle wood grain that adds warmth without overpowering the space.
Materials and care
The motor housing is finished in matte white, and the blades are made of buttonwood with a washed white finish. Wipe the blades and housing with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid using water or harsh cleaners on the motor. Care instructions for the blades are not specified by the manufacturer, but a dry microfiber cloth is generally safe.
