A 48-inch damp-rated ceiling fan for covered patios, sunrooms, and large living spaces, finished in brushed nickel with weathered wood blades.
The Spitfire pairs a sleek three-blade silhouette with a brushed nickel motor housing and weathered buttonwood blades, giving it a contemporary look that suits both indoor and covered outdoor settings. Its reversible AC motor delivers up to 5,176 CFM of airflow, and the included TR500 remote puts three speeds and seasonal reverse at your fingertips. Designed for damp locations, it stands up to humidity in covered patios, porches, sunrooms, bathrooms, and laundry rooms.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches where moisture resistance matters
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms with high humidity
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms that need air circulation
- Bedrooms and living rooms up to 15 x 15 ft, mounted with the included 4.5-inch downrod
- Smart home setups - compatible with Fanimation Wi-Fi fanSync and most smart home devices (controls sold separately)
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you need a longer downrod - optional downrods up to 72 inches are available
- Spaces where you want a light kit included - this model is fan-only, but an LED light kit is sold separately
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately), which outputs 1,500 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional LED light kit, it delivers 3000K warm white light with a CRI of 90, rendering colors accurately and flattering warm interiors. The light is dimmable via the included TR500 remote.
Sizing and fit
With a 48-inch blade sweep and overall dimensions of 48 x 48 x 12 inches, this fan suits medium to large rooms. The included 4.5-inch downrod places the fan 12 inches from the ceiling; optional downrods up to 72 inches allow for optimal 7-9 ft hanging height. It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 19 degrees.
