Best for
- Covered patios and porches, where the damp rating protects against humidity and moisture
- Great rooms and open-plan living areas up to 20x20 ft, where the 72-inch sweep moves air effectively
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms that need year-round comfort
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high ceilings, where moisture resistance is a plus
- Large bedrooms and home offices that benefit from quiet, energy-efficient airflow
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp rated, not wet rated
- Small rooms under 10x10 ft, where the 72-inch sweep may feel oversized
- Low ceilings under 8 ft without a shorter downrod, as the included 6-inch downrod may hang too low
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that provides 1600 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, it features CCT Select technology with 3000K warm white, 4000K bright white, and 5000K daylight options. The 90 CRI rating ensures colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for living spaces. The light is dimmable via the included remote or app.
