A 52-inch wet-rated ceiling fan with an integrated dimmable LED light kit, built for covered outdoor spaces and large indoor rooms.
The Hugh ceiling fan from Fanimation is a strong, sturdy choice for any space that needs powerful airflow. Its metal construction and composite blades are finished in matte white, a clean and timeless look. The integrated 18-watt LED light kit provides bright, energy-efficient illumination, and the included wall control makes it easy to adjust speed and light. With three speeds and a reversible motor, Hugh delivers comfort year-round.
Best for
- Covered patios, porches, and verandas where wet-rated durability is essential
- Large living rooms and great rooms up to 400 square feet
- Outdoor kitchens and dining areas needing both airflow and light
- Bedrooms and home offices where a quiet, powerful fan is desired
- Spaces with 8-foot ceilings, thanks to its low-profile hugger design
Not ideal for
- Indoor rooms with ceilings under 7 feet, as the fan hangs 12 inches from the ceiling
- Small spaces under 100 square feet where a 52-inch sweep may be overpowering
- Areas with very low ceilings where the 12-inch drop could be a head hazard
How bright is it?
The integrated LED light kit produces 1400 lumens, comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to serve as the primary light source for a medium-sized room, and it is dimmable to create the perfect ambiance.
Light color and feel
The LED module emits 3000K warm white light, similar to traditional incandescent bulbs. This warm tone flatters skin and complements wood and neutral finishes. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for outdoor entertaining areas.
Sizing and fit
The Hugh fan measures 52 inches in diameter and 12 inches in height from ceiling to blade edge. It is designed for rooms with at least 8-foot ceilings. The included 11-inch electrical wire allows for installation on standard ceilings.
