A 44-inch wet-rated ceiling fan from Fanimation's Hugh collection, finished in black with an integrated dimmable LED light, for covered patios and bedrooms.
The Hugh is built from durable metal and designed to withstand the elements, making it a versatile choice for both indoor and outdoor spaces. Its black finish and composite blades give it a sturdy, industrial look, while the integrated LED light kit provides bright, energy-efficient illumination. The fan includes a wall control and a light cap for easy installation.
Best for
- Covered patios, porches, and verandas where a wet-rated fan is required
- Bedrooms and living rooms with a modern or industrial decor
- Spaces with 8-9 ft ceilings, as the fan mounts flush to the ceiling
- Rooms needing a bright, dimmable light source (1400 lumens)
Not ideal for
- Uncovered outdoor areas exposed to direct rain - while wet rated, it is best under a cover
- Large rooms over 400 sq ft, as airflow may be insufficient
- Low ceilings under 7 ft, as the fan hangs 11.74 inches from the ceiling
How bright is it?
The integrated 18W LED module produces 1400 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb - ideal for ambient lighting in a bedroom or covered patio. The light is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the brightness to suit your mood.
Light color and feel
The LED emits a warm 3000K light, similar to traditional incandescent bulbs, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and true to life, making it suitable for spaces where accurate color rendering is important.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 44 inches in diameter and hangs 11.74 inches from the ceiling. It is best suited for rooms with at least 8-foot ceilings and a clearance of 7 feet from the floor to the blades.
