A 36-inch silver stainless steel downrod for ceiling fans, ideal for extending your fan to the perfect height in rooms with high or sloped ceilings.
This downrod from Fanimation's Downrods Collection is crafted from durable stainless steel with a sleek silver finish, designed to securely support your ceiling fan while adding a clean, modern touch. Whether you're installing a new fan or adjusting an existing one, this downrod ensures proper air circulation and optimal performance.
Best for
- Living rooms and great rooms with ceilings 10 ft or higher, where a standard downrod isn't long enough
- Bedrooms with vaulted or cathedral ceilings, helping to position the fan at the ideal height for airflow
- Covered patios and porches, thanks to its wet-rated construction
- Replacing a shorter downrod to improve air circulation in large, open spaces
Not ideal for
- Rooms with standard 8 ft ceilings, where a flush mount or low-profile fan is more appropriate
- Installations requiring a downrod longer than 36 inches
How bright is it?
This is a ceiling fan downrod, not a light fixture, so it does not produce light. It is designed to support your ceiling fan and does not affect brightness.
Light color and feel
Not applicable, as this is a fan accessory, not a light source.
