A white close-to-ceiling mounting kit for ceiling fans, ideal for rooms with low ceilings where a downrod won't fit.
This Fanimation close-to-ceiling kit lets you mount your ceiling fan flush against the ceiling, saving valuable headroom in spaces with 8-foot or lower ceilings. The white finish blends seamlessly with most ceiling colors, and the wet-rated construction means it can handle moisture in covered outdoor areas.
Best for
- Rooms with ceilings 8 ft or lower where a downrod would make the fan hang too low
- Covered patios, porches, and other wet-rated locations
- Replacing a downrod mount to create a cleaner, more streamlined look
- Fans that are compatible with close-to-ceiling mounting kits
Not ideal for
- Rooms with high ceilings where a downrod is needed for proper airflow - use a downrod instead
- Fans that are not designed for close-to-ceiling mounting
- Indoor-only fans if you plan to use this in a wet location - check fan compatibility

The white finish is clean and versatile, blending with any ceiling color. It's a functional accessory that stays out of the way visually.
