A close-to-ceiling kit from Fanimation in a rust finish, designed to mount your ceiling fan flush against the ceiling in damp indoor locations.
This accessory kit lets you convert a standard ceiling fan into a low-profile, close-to-ceiling mount, ideal for rooms with lower ceilings where a downrod won't fit. The rust finish adds a warm, earthy tone that complements a variety of fan styles and home decor.
Best for
- Bedrooms with 8-foot ceilings where a flush mount keeps the fan safely out of the way
- Living rooms and family rooms with standard ceiling heights
- Covered porches or sunrooms with damp-rated requirements
- Replacing a downrod mount to create a cleaner, more streamlined look
Not ideal for
- Fully exposed outdoor areas without overhead cover - this kit is rated for damp locations only
- Spaces with very high ceilings where a downrod would be more appropriate
