A 48-inch extension pole for ceiling fans, finished in oil-rubbed bronze, for lowering fans on high or vaulted ceilings in covered outdoor spaces.
This Fanimation extension pole adds 48 inches of drop to your ceiling fan, making it ideal for rooms with tall or sloped ceilings. The oil-rubbed bronze finish complements traditional and transitional decor, and it's rated for damp locations, so it can be used on covered patios and porches. It's a simple, sturdy accessory that ensures proper air circulation and light placement.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches where a ceiling fan needs to be lowered to a comfortable height
- Great rooms and vaulted ceilings that require extra drop for optimal airflow
- Traditional or transitional interiors where the oil-rubbed bronze finish blends with warm wood and bronze accents
- Replacing a shorter downrod to improve air circulation in high-ceilinged living spaces
Not ideal for
- Indoor rooms with standard 8-foot ceilings where a shorter downrod is sufficient
- Areas with very low ceilings where the extra length would make the fan hang too low
How bright is it?
This is a ceiling fan accessory, not a light fixture, so it does not emit light. It is used to mount a ceiling fan that may include a light kit.
