A 36-inch ceiling fan extension pole in an oil-rubbed bronze finish, designed to lower your fan to the ideal height in rooms with high or vaulted ceilings.
This Fanimation extension pole adds 36 inches of drop to your ceiling fan, letting you position it for optimal airflow and comfort. The oil-rubbed bronze finish coordinates with a range of fan styles, and the durable steel construction ensures long-lasting support. It's a simple, effective solution for rooms where the fan needs to hang lower than the standard downrod allows.
Best for
- Great rooms and vaulted ceilings where the fan needs to be lowered to a functional height
- Two-story foyers and stairwells with high ceilings
- Bedrooms with tall ceilings, to position the fan for better air circulation
- Covered porches and patios (damp-rated) when paired with a damp-rated fan
- Replacing a shorter downrod to improve fan performance and aesthetics
Not ideal for
- Rooms with standard 8-foot ceilings, where a longer downrod would place the fan too low
- Installations where the fan must be mounted flush to the ceiling
